He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carolyn. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Shackelford (Vicki Shackelford) and Jennifer Shackelford (Dewayne Staples); his siblings, Travis Shackelford, Brandon Staples, Brittany Staples and Jessica Garrison; his girlfriend Emily Grey; his grandparent Gene Bain; and his siblings' children, June Garrison and Jack Garrison.
