She was predeceased by : her sister Amy Chapman; and her husband Keith Williams. She is survived by : her parents, Martha Chapman and Owen Chapman; her daughters, Amberlie and Kelcee Holderby; her parents-in-law, Julia and Billy Williams; and her nephews, Caleb and Kendall Chapman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ASPCA, an organization Lisa felt strongly about.
