He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pearl and Clement; his brother Ronald; his pet Lucky; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Kate, Emily, Alyssa, Elizabeth, Benjamin and Annie.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Malloy Funerals & Cremations (3028 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A rosary was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (1010 35th St, Galveston, TX 77550).
The family kindly suggests memorials for Phillip be made to the Lohec Scholarship at Galveston College, Holy Family Parish or the Galveston charity of your choice.
