With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Everling of Galveston, Texas, who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Philip Ryan. She is survived by : her mother Catherine Ryan; her daughters, Stephanie Everling, Patricia Murphy (Edward), Kathleen Everling and Paula Dittrich (Vernon); her grandchildren, Jennifer Murphy, Ryan Murphy and Olivia Dittrich; and her siblings, Father Patrick Ryan, Kathleen Leamy and Helen "Nell" Holbrook. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Sarah's memory to the Sarah Everling Scholarship in the School of Nursing (SON) at UTMB.
