She was predeceased by: her father Carlos E. Tamez; and her nephew Danny Tamez. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Torres Tamez, Charles Warren III, Gianni Warren and Manuela Warren; her mother Socorro Torres Tamez; her siblings, Martha Torres, Carlos Tamez Jr., Dianna Tamez and Victor Tamez; her siblings' children, Guadalupe Torres and Martin Tamez; and her close friend Terry Madison. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren.
