It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Newton Heap (Galveston, Texas), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his children, William Robert, Walter Thomas Heap and Elizabeth Louise. He is survived by : his close friend Marti Peterson of Houston; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Marilyn Heap of Dallas; his son Edward Heap (Kayla); his granddaughter Vivian of Houston; and also Dr. Pepper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

Considering Tom's love and concern for special-needs children, the family is encouraging donations to Camp John Marc.
