He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Argo Sulak; his daughter Jan Wooldridge; his parents, Joseph V. Sulak and Julia Dybala Sulak; and his siblings, Bernard Sulak, Anne Moore, Mary Jane Rod, Irene Psencik and Mabel Liberda.
He is survived by: his children, Marty Sulak, Ralph Sulak and Sharon Skoruppa (Mark); and his grandchildren, Jason Sulak, Justin Wooldridge, Cody Sulak, Josh Skoruppa, Brett Skoruppa, Macy Sulak and Ethan Sulak. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Assumption Catholic Church in Joe's memory.
