It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Leon Bennett of Garland, Texas, born in Ennis, Texas, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bennett and Effie Palmer Bennett; his sister Evelyn Bennett; and his wife Nancy James Bennett. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Carla Susanne; and his children, Carla Bennett and Todd Bennett (Amy).
