He is survived by: his parents, Alfonso Perez III and Roslyn Perez; his grandparents, Marvic, Darrell Buzard, Karen Cronin and Al Perez Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Celestina Sellz, Janine Perez, Lori McIntosh, Joshua Perez, Justin McIntosh, Zachery Perez and Brandon Sellz; and his cousins, Anthony, Bella Perez, Becca, Joey and J. J. McIntosh. He is also survived by relatives, friends, and classmates.
