Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chamberland Funerals & Cremations (333 W Avenue D, Garland, TX 75040). The military honors was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (DFW National Cemetery) (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).

In Floyd's honor, memorial contributions may be sent to: Baylor College of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, (Contributions will go toward patient-centered research to overcome dementia, cancer, and other devasting conditions.)
