We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2025, at the age of 67, James Odis Gentry Jr. of Garland, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gentry and Wanda Gentry; and his children, Tommy Gentry and Alexis Davis. He is survived by: his children, Joe Gentry (Laini), Jennifer Garcia, Terry Gentry (Erin), Danielle Ramage, Jeremy Rogers (Lesley) and Sean Rogers (Megan); his grandchildren, Zoe Gentry, Robert Garcia, Rubin Garcia, Jalisa Garcia, Romeo Garcia, Kylie Ramage, Natalie Ramage, Arthur Rogers, Myra Rogers, Sophia Rogers, Josie Rogers, Helen Rogers, Ella Rogers, Luke Rogers, Phillip Rogers, Rose Rogers, Landon Davis, Ollie Rogers and Shug Rogers; and his great grandchild Annalisia Garcia. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and friends.
A reception was held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wise Funeral Home (219 W Sam Rayburn Dr, Bonham, TX 75418).
