He was predeceased by: his parents, Valton "Joe" Watts and Rosemary Miller Watts; his brother John Philip Watts; his aunts, Barbara Burrows, Edith Kings, Dorothy Gleason, Margaret Wycoff and Elizabeth Portales; his uncle James L Miller; and his cousin Larry Portales.
He is survived by: his daughter Catie Williams (Shane); his granddaughters, SaraEve Elizabeth Chmielewski, Lillian Grace Williams and Claire Rose Williams; his nephew Damion Watts (Annie); his great-niece Leslie; his nephew Jonathan Watts; his great-nephew Nathan Phillip; and his uncle Malcolm Watts (Jesse Lee) of Jonesboro, Louisiana.
In lieu of flowers, Mark asked in his final day for everyone that knew him to please give each other all the hugs and kisses you can while you still can.
