He is survived by: his wife Linda Gay Ridley of Murphy, TX; his sons, Dale (Nichole) of Garland, TX and David (Stacey) of Huntsville, TX.; and his grandchildren, Colin, Jacob, Carson, Joshua, Cade, Jenna and Callum.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Five Loaves Pantry Richard Maxwell Knox, born July 6, 1946, passed to his Heavenly reward on January 12, 2022, at the age of 75 following his battle with cancer.
