She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Tolleson; her siblings, Carol Edwards and Butch Phelps; and her parents, Joe Phelps and Della Phelps.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Braley; her son-in-law Kirk Braley; her stepson Jim Tolleson; her daughter-in-law Heather Tolleson; her granddaughters, Meaghan Van Malsen and Kyleigh Rael; her great grandchildren, Karson Van Malsen and Maddox Rael; and her sister Ann Marshall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as good friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the South Garland Baptist Church (1330 E Centerville Rd, Garland, TX 75043).
