She is survived by: her husband Rodney Neubert; her daughters, Laura Neubert and Cynthia Stultz; her grandchildren, Justin Neubert, Hailey Stultz and Gavin Neubert; her brothers, Arthur Lazarin and Reynaldo "Rey" Lazarin; and her close friend Sandy Ross. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
Flowers may be sent to the church, or in place of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Santa Anita's name to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, World Diabetes Foundation, or Breast Cancer Foundation-Susan G. Komen to allow her memory to continue to live on by inspiring strength, resilience, and generosity for those suffering the same conditions that affected her life.
