He was predeceased by : his wife Lynda Payne (Banks); his parents, J. W. Payne and Zelma Payne (Hopper); and his son-in-law Rocky Bailey. He is survived by : his daughters, Tami Taylor (Ken Taylor) and Shelly Bailey; his grandchildren, Natali Hanna (Ben Hanna) and Justin Bailey; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Alice Jane and Clyde Hanna; and his sisters, Shirley Smith and Pat Payne.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Heart Association, National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, or a charity of your choosing.
