He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ezekiel Parker, Sr. and Aligean Overstreet Parker; his siblings, Paul Dean Parker and Dorothy Watters (Emmitt); his sisters-in-law, LulaBelle Parker and Gloria Parker; his daughter Chanci Parker Choice; and his grandson Ramone Casey Parker Jackson II.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Parker; his children, Andrae Smith (Vicki), Tyretha Smith (Christopher), Courtney Smith and Damien Parker; and his siblings, Joseph Parker (Dorothy), Leamon Parker (Deborah) and Monroe Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
