He was predeceased by : his father Charles Schneider, Sr.; his daughter Stephanie Hartley; and his siblings, Dorothy Mayo, Lorine Bubela, Leon Schneider, Tony Schneider and Charles Schneider Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Ernestine Kasmiersky Schneider of Garwood; his children, Kirk Schneider (Jaqueline) of Carthage, Sharron George (Jimmy) of El Campo, Carmen Dota (Greg) of Garwood, Karen Schneider of Houston and Christine Schneider of Houston; his grandchildren, Claressa George Willis (Chris), Brandon George, Rebecca Dota Arrison (Peyton), Patrick Dota (Kelcey), Austin Dota, Amber Pope (J. P.), Amanda Widner (Jess) and Dean Pfeffer (Jen); his great grandchildren, Averi Glaze, Alyssa Willis, Camille Willis, Austin Willis, Caleb Willis, Haisley Arrison, Harlynn Arrison, Hunter Arrison, Luke Dota, Jack Dota, Levi Dota, Lane Dota, Greyleigh Pope, Grady Pope, Justin Widner and Jacob Widner; and his sister Jeanette Mazoch (Alfonce) of El Campo. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
