She is survived by : her husband Billy Hefner of Garwood, TX; her children, Michaelanne Trefny (Russell) of Weimar, TX, Glen Hefner (Kathy) of Katy, TX and Bill Hefner IV of Garwood, TX; her sister Mary Ann Moore of Brownwood, TX; and her grandchild Jessye Elizabeth Trefny.
