We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2023, at the age of 78, Bill Adcock of Gatesville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Tilmon Adcock and Lucille Williams Adcock; his brother Jerry Adcock; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Adcock, Bill Ross and Roger Medart.

He is survived by : his wife Frances McDonald Bird; his children, Stacey Lowery (Chip), Tracey Karasek (Rodney), Jennifer Higginbotham, Steve Adcock (Candi), Mike Bird and Mark Bird; his sister Martha Ross; and his siblings-in-law, Deanna Medart and Mackie McDonald. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mountain Baptist Church, 6319 E. Hwy 84, Gatesville, Texas 76528, or to Evant ISD Heritage Foundation, 4970 County Road 2965, Evant, Texas 76525.
