We bid farewell to Carolyn Davidson (Gatesville, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ned Mabery and Clara Mabery; her husband Cotton Davidson; and her son Tommy. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Nina Davidson; her children, Casey Davidson (Ericka), Claire Davidson Bostic (Gable), Will Davidson (Jasmine) and Kelly Davidson Wood (Greg); her grandchildren, Carolyne Wood Richtarsic (John) and Marion Wood Wise (Neal); her great grandchild Gene Wood (Ann Clark Wood); her daughter Tracy Davidson Sage (Randy); her grandchildren, Cal Sage, Kelsey Sage and Suzannah Sage; her son Ty Davidson (Sam); and her grandchildren, Nate Davidson, Stella Davidson and Ruby Davidson.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davidson Cemetery (2030 FM1829, Gatesville, TX 76528).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Carolyn may be made to the Boys and Girls Club, 2533 E. Main Street, Gatesville, TX 76528 or Pecan Grove Baptist Church, 1110 Old Fort Gates Rd., Gatesville, TX 76528.
