He is survived by: his parents, Chandler Hazen and Hope Kellerman Hazen of Gatesville; his sister Aubrey Kellerman; his grandparents, Jay, Trena Hazen, Jim, Denise Kleshick, Bill Kellerman, Jan, Chris Farrar, DeWayne, Carla Dean, Evelyn Fuller, Anne Lou Richard and Pat Best; and his aunts and uncles, Deckard (Kaytlin Kellerman), Keldon Kellerman, Trent (Alisha Romaine) and John (Cayli). He is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
