He is survived by: his wife Melody; his siblings, Bill Rutherford, Terry Rutherford (Carrie), Babara Aguirre (Henry) and Brenda Evans (Clint); and his daughters, April Corpman (Harvey) and Kristie Khairi. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
