She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Preston and Elve Watson Preston; her husband Cloyce Duncan; her siblings, Doyle Preston (Oleta), Dawson Preston (Bessie Earl), Horace Preston and Yvonne Preston; her nephews, Prentice and Eddie Preston; and her son-in-law Earl Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Cooper, Kim Duncan and Joe Duncan (Pam); her grandchildren, Chad Vernon, Tyson Blanchard (Kelli), Trent Blanchard (Alecia), Ryan Bartlett (Melissa) and Joli Kindler (David); her nephew Tommy Preston (Barbara); her niece-in-law Rose Ann Preston; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeffrey Preston, Jett Preston, Meredith Evans (Doug) and Anna Preston; and her close friend Amparo Robles. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (2425 E Main St, Gatesville, TX 76528). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Pidcoke Cemetery.
