With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacie Combs Jr. of Gatesville, Texas, born in Guerrant, Kentucky, who passed away on September 9, 2023 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacie Combs Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Goley Combs and Adina Combs; his daughters, Flossie Combs, Joyce Ann Combs and Golden Ferguson (Larry); and his siblings, Myrtle Fugate (Pearl), Minnie Belle Bennett, Edna Mae Moore, Levi "Bud" Combs, Luther Ray Combs, Gary Combs and James Combs.

He is survived by: his wife Carole Troutman; his children, Pauline Deaton (Fred), Pearl Combs, Gary Wayne Combs, Carolyn Harner (Robert) and Robert Combs (Amy); his siblings, Flossie Stamper (Floyd), Ollie Williams, Rose Cole, Floyd Combs, Gene Combs and Homer Combs; and his grandchildren, Randall Deaton (Shelagh), Marcia Adams (Colin), Brittany Blaize (Tyrone), Bailey Harner, Brianna Harner, Brooklyn Brown (Skyler), Brittanie Barnett (Jody), Sidney Underwood (Spencer), Savanna Combs, Dustin Combs, Karen Ferguson, William Ferguson, Joshua Ferguson and Misty Combs. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
