He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smart and Doris Baize Smart; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Smart; his children, Amy Craft (Bryan), Ross Smart (Jessica), Mark Harvey (Brittany) and Michael Harvey; his grandchildren, Caden, Brody, Joli, Shaylie (James), Jacy, Maylie and Quinn; his great grandchild Emery; his brother Donnie Smart (Patsy); his nephew Keith Smart (Kay); his great-nieces, Morgan Smart (Ryan) and Marley Boiles (Blake); Maddie.
