With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melody Clark Williams of Gatesville, Texas, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Archie Sims; her daughter Sennica Clark; her grandmother Ethel Clarke; and her siblings, Deborah Manning and Stanley Sims.
She is survived by: her mother Earlene Clark Sims; her children, Shrecka K. Campbell (Stephen) and John W. Williams, III; her granddaughter Olivia Williams; and her sisters, Stephanie Sims, Gail Rockwell, Angela Crooms and Keisha Sims. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (2425 E Main St, Gatesville, TX 76528). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (108 S 23rd St, Gatesville, TX 76528).
