He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Pena of Schertz, Texas.; and his children, Tammie Garza (Jacob) of George West, Tyler Garcia (Larissa) of Austin, Randy Garcia (Stacey) of Dallas and Logan Rodriguez of Schertz.
