He was predeceased by : his parents, Flugencio Briseno and Angelita Briseno (Amaya); his sister Marta B.; his brother-in-law Jose Gonzales; and his brothers, Alfredo Briseno, Florencio Briseno and Jose Briseno.

He is survived by : his wife Anita Briseno of George West; his children, Alice Gonzales (Reynaldo), Linda Briseno, Louis Briseno (Irene) and Albert Briseno; and his sisters, Connie B. Trevino (Luis) and Lenora B. Allen (Joe). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
