He was predeceased by: his wife Ida Mae Williams Haley; and his parents, James Horton and Inez Viola Hall Haley. He is survived by: his son James Ray; his daughter-in-law Janet Haley; his daughter Sherri Lynn; his son-in-law Ron Howard; his grandchildren, Shelby Howard and James Robert Haley; his great grandchild Rori Kathleen Haley; and his siblings, Clyde Haley (Lea), Bobby Haley (Pat) and Kay (Randy). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
