He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jean Jennings (Emmons) and Thomas Franklin Jennings (Tom); his brother Keith Wayne Jennings; and his brother-in-law Richard Wayne Otto. He is survived by: his wife Monte Del Jennings (Varnon); his stepchildren, Christine Elizabeth DuBose (Michael) and Clayton Thomas Overstreet (Stacey); his sisters, Darlene Denise Oxford (Rusty) and Sherri Lynn Nelson (Bubba); his granddaughters, Saeleigh and Shambryn DuBose; his siblings' children, Brandon Oxford (Mandy), Sherry Oxford Beasley (Bubba), Cody Thomas Oxford (Kayce), Byron Robert Oxford (Jennifer), Kyle Wayne Otto (Jena) and Peyton Coronado (Julio); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton Oxford, Hadley Oxford, Abcde Kinkade (Abby), Cutter Beasley, Cale Thomas Oxford, Kullen Raye Oxford, Ryleigh Nelson, Henley Teal Oxford and Blane Russell Oxford.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brush Country Cowboy Church (1417 I-37, George West, TX 78022). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at the George West Cemetery (517 Cemetery Rd, George West, TX 78022).
