He is survived by: his parents, Arthur E. Sullivan and Helen R. Sullivan (Donahue); his sibling Paul F. Sullivan; his wife Regina Sullivan (Burke); and his children, Kerri Cooksey (Andrew Shane Cooksey), Piper, Ryan, Karen Sullivan and Francisco Moreno. He is also survived by friends and visiting his beloved second home in Prince Edward Island, Canada where he had spent all his summers since he was a child.
