She was predeceased by: her parents, Chriss Sylvester and Marjorie Sylvester. She is survived by: her sister Karen Crooks (Ken) of Cocoa Beach, Florida; her sibling's children, Garrett Crooks (Melissa) of Mayfield, Ohio and Jillian Ballesteros (Jake) of Georgetown, Texas; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Liam Crooks, Josie and June Ballesteros; and her cousins, Emma and Honey. She is also survived by cousins, other family, friends.
