She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Avery Fulkes; her son Charles Ray Fulkes; her parents, Claude Mason Millegan and Florence Whiteley Millegan; and her brothers, Edward, Cecil, Claude Jr. and Jodie Millegan.
She is survived by: her husband Cody; her daughters, Diana Collins (Wayne) of Georgetown and Tammy Bielss (Ricky) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Nicole Fillare (Paul), Andrew Collins (Lauren), Chelsea Frashure (Gregg) and Chance Bielss (Danica); her great grandchildren, Evelyn Collins, Houston, Ty Frashure, Brynlee, Stella and Emersyn Bielss; and her sister Gladys Duke of Tennessee.
