It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patsy Sterling of Gholson, Texas, born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Buford Eastwood and Lillie Eastwood (McCartney); and her siblings, James Lee Eastwood, Aubrey Eastwood and Fanny Barnes.

She is survived by : her husband William "Paul" Sterling; her pets, Lillie and Harper; her children, Gerald Sterling, Paula Sterling of Gholson and Gena Cunningham of Fort Worth; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Eastwood and Rosie Eastwood; and her grandchildren, Kerri Walpole (Jason), Jeremy Sterling (Stephanie), Kassie Kemp (Joe), Nikki Birdwell (John), Joseph Birdwell, Jordan Kemp (Sam) and Will Sterling. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, 11 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Facial masks and social distancing are encouraged at the service.
