It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Urban of Giddings, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Clarence "Buddy" Urban; and her grandparents, Clarence, Martha Urban, Alton and Virginia Sammons.

She is survived by : her mother Nita Urban of Giddings; her fiancé Rick Wentz of Lehighton; her children, Alexis (Ty Batchelor) of Seguin and Jaice of Pennsylvania; her brother Russell Urban (Cody) of Giddings; her aunts, Lucy Walker of Corpus Christi and Linda (David) of Warda; her nephew Jarrett Urban of Giddings; and her grandson Reed Batchelor of Seguin. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Memorials may be given to Immanuel Early Childhood Care Building fund, Giddings, Texas or the charity of one's choice.
