She is survived by: her husband John Wade; her sons, Steve (Sandy) of Gilmer, Alan (Debbie) of Gilmer and Chad of Gilmer; and her brother Dale Dougan of Emmet, AR. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
