We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2023, at the age of 84, James Francis Weiss Jr. of Gilmer, Texas, born in Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Francis and Irma Meddaugh Weiss; and his siblings, George Weiss, Cliff Weiss, Gail Verna McIntosh and Sharon Weiss.

He is survived by : his wife Deanna Weiss; his children, Jeff Allen Weiss, Dawn Marie Kelley (Gary Michael), James Raymond Weiss, Jonathan Keith Weiss (Brenda) and Jerome Michael Weiss (Leanne); and his siblings, Kay Policastro (Tom), Lynn Dittmar (Chuck) and Allen Weiss (Colleen). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
