“I’m so sorry to hear about Necee’s passing. We were across the street neighbors for 12 years. I visited with her and Jerry regularly. Jerry would invite me in to see Necee’s latest art project. She was quite talented. When I moved she gifted me with two of her works. I cherish them. Rest easy, Necee.”
