He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ellis and Valta Taylor Stembridge. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Stembridge; his daughters, Stacey Monty (David) and Kim Ragsdale (Greg); and his stepdaughters, Debra Cole (Richard), Sharon Gage (Michael) and Teresa Burk (Randy Langford). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
