He is survived by: his former wife Kerri Driver Sandefur; his daughter Angie Causey (Shane); his grandchildren, Claire and Wyatt; his son Brice Sandefur (Brook); his grandchildren, Ashton and Keaton; his former wife Linda McClure; his daughter Haley Sandefur DeVore; his grandchild Marlee; his sons, AJ and Aston; his siblings, Lanny Sandefur (Theresa), Julie Hawker (Larry) and Tracey Swafford (Lee); and his uncle Ralph Hawkins (Susan). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
