He is survived by : his daughter Tammi; his former life partner Cynthia Ross; his sons, Kevin, Eric and Kerry; his former life partner Glenda Gallaway; his children, Kathy and Paul; his wife Joni (Joni); his siblings, Tim, Gary, Don, Cynthia and Denise; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Tevin, Cameron, Lauren Perez, Amber Hoffman, Ryan Crawford, Savannah Stroder, Chelsea Crockett, Brittany Drum, Natalie, Marc, Brandi, Evhan, Indigo and Kathy; and also, Ravenne, Meighan, Paul, Adelaide and Harrison.
