She was predeceased by : her parents, Tommy Joe Manuel Sr. and Shirley May Seider Manuel; her brother Tommy Joe Manuel Jr. "Tooter"; and her grandmother Lorene Geeslin Manuel. She is survived by : her son Jacob Monroe; her siblings, Wesley (Jennifer Manuel), Shirl Manuel and William Manuel; and her nieces, Felecia, Casey, Marissa, Maddie and Paighton. She is also survived by cousins and other friends and family.
