It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Hencerling of Goliad, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Thompson and Hazel Thompson; her husband Bob Hencerling; and her siblings, Mary Rumfield, Vivian Rumfield, Katherine Demney and John Thompson.
She is survived by : her children, Shelli Owens (Mike) of Pearland and Garland Hencerling (Val) of Goliad; her siblings, Rita Block of Katy, Dorothy Rainwater of Henderson and Terry Thompson (Ruth) of Round Rock, Texas; her grandchildren, Chey Salles and Hayden Hindley; and her great grandchild Patience Woods.
