She was predeceased by: her parents, Atanacio Nunez and Francisca Nunez; her husband Jesus Ramirez; her siblings, Andrea Nunez, Esther Nunez, Rufina Nunez and Atanacio Nunez, Jr.; and her close friends, Jesusa and Marcelino Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Castilla (Jessie) and Jose Martinez of Placedo; her close friends, Greg Gutierrez, Baldemar Gutierrez and Maggie Garces; her grandchildren, Angela Martinez (Matthew), Joyce Henderson (Shannon Henderson II), Franky Lee Castilla (Kristina) and David Castilla (Ju-Ju); and her sisters, Antonia N. Ramirez and Maria Gutierrez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members.
