He was predeceased by : his parents, Napoleon B. Oliver and Sallie Stuart Oliver; and his brothers, Doyle Von Oliver and Jimmy Oliver. He is survived by : his wife Isla Oliver; his children, Gerald Oliver, Jr. (Regina) of Rockport, Sallie Rhodes (Darryl) of Goliad and Darrell Oliver (Lyssa) of Victoria; his grandchildren, Sean Oliver, Rebecca Oliver, Amber Willeman, Tyler Rhodes, Aerich Oliver and Allycia Oliver; his great grandchildren, Mia Oliver and Caleb Oliver; and his brother Larry Oliver of Stockdale.
