He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Willeford and Agnes Willeford; and his sister Donna Sparks. He is survived by : his children, Amy Willeford Lewis (Kevin) and Jeff Willeford (Shelly); his significant other Nancy Willeford; his sister Karen Kohutek; and his grandchildren, Elisabeth Grace Lewis, Kevin Wayne Lewis, Jake Benjamin Willeford and Luke Christopher Willeford.
