It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Martinez Rodriguez of Gonzales, Texas, born in Wharton, Texas, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Julio Martinez and Maria Huizar Martinez; her son Gabriel Rodriguez; and her siblings, Susie Ramos, Reyes Camarillo and Rudy Martinez.
She is survived by : her husband Luciano Rodriguez; her children, Elizabeth Espinosa (Chris) and Christopher Rodriguez (Shelly) of Gonzales; her brother Guadalupe Martinez (Delia) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Christopher Jerome Espinosa (Martha Calderon), Cory Gabriel Espinosa, Alysa Gabrielle Rodriguez, Jace Wayne Shock and Kaleigh Beth Shock; and her great grandchildren, Jayla Briann, Avalyne Julianna and Camryn Jerome Espinosa. She is also survived by her friend's, children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Texas Nursing and Rehabilitation of Gonzales.
