She was predeceased by : her parents, John H. West and Irene West (Little); and her husband Philip Osborne. She is survived by : her siblings, Peggy Brooks of Hutto, TX, Johnnie Barnett of Stephenville, TX, David and Kathy West of Chino Valley, AZ.; her children, Kathi (Joe Williams), Phil Osborne of Navasota, TX, Sue Ann (Billy Wiley), Johnnie Osborne (Pam) of Navasota, TX and Carl Hannemann of Waco, TX.; her grandchildren, Dusty, Cheyenne Wiley of Corpus Christi, TX, Willie, Amy Wiley of China Spring, TX, McKenzie Osborne of Gorman, TX, Johnathan Osborne of Navasota, TX and Matthew Osborne of Navasota, TX.; and her great grandchildren, Ryder Wiley, Colt Wiley and Emory Wiley.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higginbotham Funeral Home Chapel (219 W Roberts St, Gorman, TX 76454). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
