He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Milam and Denise Milam; his children, Zoie and Jaxson Milam; his siblings, Ryan (Rachel Blevins), Dustin Fischer, Patrick Milam, Danica (Christopher Guzman), Blake Milam and Weslee Milam; his aunt Lisa Porter; and his cousins, Jordan Crosby, Brenna Porter and Zack Verhoef. He is also survived by numerous second cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
